The group organizer must pay the coordination fee prior to planning.
Additionally, a 5% service fee is applied to the total group trip cost.

Extended Stay
A 5% service fee applies to vacations lasting four weeks or longer. This fee reflects the added time, planning, and coordination required to manage extended itineraries, ensuring every detail—from accommodations and transportation to activities and schedule adjustments—is handled seamlessly for a smooth, stress-free experience.
Charter Excellence: Private & Business Travel
Experience seamless group travel with a flat 5% service fee for all private charters and bookings in Business Class and above. We specialize in high-touch logistics, so please let us know if your party requires accessibility planning or specialized arrangements for traveling with pets.
