Policies & Client Information
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable once finalized.
If canceled more than 30 days prior to departure:
Service fees remain as a travel credit valid for six months.
If canceled within 30 days of departure:
No credit will be issued
A 5% last-minute cancellation fee applies.
Travel Documentation Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documentation including:
- Passports
- Visas
- Vaccination records
- Entry permits
Right to Refuse Service
The agency reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if:
- A request falls outside the scope of services.
- The client relationship does not align with agency standards.
- All clients prior to the first consultation meeting will receive a Terms of Service Agreement document.
